摘要:
本文采用风险区划、风险概率、风险受损率、风险防御工程效益4要素,对汶川大地震极震扰动区的都江堰白沙河,进行了典型小流域滑坡泥石流风险综合评估研究,并建立了综合要素评估模型。评估结果,高、较高风险区面积占全区的15.76%;在大暴雨条件下,发生风险的概率>0.85;占全区65%固定资产的风险受损率>1;当进行有效工程治理后风险损失将得到折减,高风险区为37%,较高风险区为32%。综合要素评估法能够更准确预测评估区可能遭受的损失情况,为风险管理提供参考依据。
